By accessing, registering for, or using the cd44 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without creating an account, registered members, and players who actively place bets or wagers on the platform.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any court order that restricts your ability to engage in gambling activities.
• You must register as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, or accounts opened on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identity information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following information may be requested during registration or subsequent KYC verification:

• Full legal name, date of birth, and residential address within Bangladesh.
• A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

cd44 reserves the right to request any additional documentation deemed necessary to comply with its verification obligations. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution. cd44 is not liable for any delay in processing arising from incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the user.

cd44 accepts deposits via the following payment channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may be updated from time to time; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits via these channels are typically credited to your cd44 account within seconds of confirmation. The minimum deposit via mobile wallet is ৳100.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer than mobile wallets. The minimum bank transfer deposit is ৳500.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted subject to the issuing bank's approval for online transactions.
• All deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refusal of the relevant withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet destinations under normal operating conditions. cd44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, although your payment provider may apply its own fees. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative method is pre-approved by cd44 support.

cd44 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user. Where such checks are required, the user will be notified and asked to provide supporting documentation.

cd44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms that will be displayed alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Each bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

All content on the cd44 platform, including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, game interfaces provided by or licensed through cd44, text, software, and data compilations, is the property of cd44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of cd44.

The cd44 brand name and logo are trademarks of cd44. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited. Game titles, graphics, and related assets displayed on the platform belong to their respective providers and are used under licence.

cd44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such collection and processing. cd44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. cd44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so, or provision of documents that cannot be verified as authentic.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. cd44 will attempt to contact the account holder before taking any action on a dormant account.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

cd44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cd44 will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
